Votre rôle :

  • En tant que Business Analyst Salesforce CRM, vous analysez et priorisez les exigences métier et accompagnez leur mise en œuvre jusqu-à leur introduction réussie
  • En collaboration avec les parties prenantes des départements métier et IT, vous optimisez les processus et développez des solutions Salesforce durables avec une valeur ajoutée métier claire
  • Vous élaborez des concepts métier, des cas d-utilisation, des user stories et des prototypes comme base pour la mise en œuvre technique
  • Vous planifiez et accompagnez les tests, assurez la qualité métier et soutenez la validation réussie des nouvelles solutions
  • Par des formations et des mesures d-habilitation ciblées, vous favorisez l-acceptation des utilisateurs et l-utilisation durable de Salesforce

Votre formation et expérience :

* 3 à 5 ans d-expérience pratique en tant que Business Analyst Salesforce ou chef de projet Salesforce

en environnement de conseil ou au sein d-une entreprise

  • Diplôme universitaire ou de haute école spécialisée en économie, gestion, informatique (économique) ou qualification équivalente
  • Expérience avec des systèmes CRM dans le secteur bancaire ou financier est un avantage
  • Certifications Salesforce (Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst) souhaitées - d-autres sont un plus
  • Bonnes connaissances de l-allemand (langue maternelle / C1)
