Au coeur de notre stratégie de valorisation des données, nous recherchons cherchons un Business Analyst senior Data - 80-100 %. Votre mission principale sera de traduire les besoins métiers en spécifications techniques détaillées au sein d'une équipe de Data Ingénieurs.

Les missions qui vous attendent :

  • Recueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins métiers sur la partie data du domaine Prévoyance afin de les traduire en solutions technico-fonctionnelles adaptées, en identifiant les impacts, dépendances et évolutions nécessaires.
  • Optimiser les processus métiers et accompagner leur évolution en assurant une veille continue sur les nouvelles fonctionnalités et innovations technologiques.
  • Contribuer activement à la phase de tests en validant que les développements réalisés répondent aux exigences fonctionnelles et aux attentes métiers
  • Définir les critères d'acceptation, plans et scénarios de tests, puis coordonner les UAT
  • Utiliser les standards et outils BA (Jira, Confluence)
  • Gérer le cycle de vie complet des exigences (traçabilité, mises à jour, évolution)

Votre profil :

  • Une formation supérieure en informatique type HES, Bachelor, Master, EPFL, ...
  • Une expertise technico fonctionnelle dans le monde de la data de 5 ans au minimum
  • La connaissance du secteur de l'assurance, idéalement dans le domaine de la Prévoyance serait un atout important
  • Familier des environnements Scrum/Agile, vous savez structurer vos livrables pour accélérer le travail des data ingénieurs
  • Orienté technique, vous avez une appétence pour la data et vous maîtrisez le SQL pour explorer les bases de données en autonomie
  • Aisance dans la communication et la collaboration avec des interlocuteurs variés, tant techniques que fonctionnels
  • Esprit d'initiative et autonomie pour gérer efficacement les priorités et proposer des solutions innovantes
