What you will do #

As a Business Operations Specialist, you are part of our Marketplace team and ensure that our operational processes function efficiently and grow with our business. Your focus is on our real estate marketplace, where we bring together property seekers and property providers. In addition, you also support the further development of our other marketplace products. You work closely with Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, Product Management, and Engineering. You take responsibility for cross-departmental projects, question existing processes, and independently implement improvements.

Your tasks

  • You analyse and optimise business processes along the entire partner lifecycle - from acquisition through onboarding and activation to retention and reactivation.
  • You identify bottlenecks and unnecessary manual steps and develop solutions that simplify and make our processes more scalable.
  • You analyse relevant business and operations KPIs, further develop reporting and dashboards, and derive concrete measures from them.
  • You take over the planning and implementation of operational projects, coordinate with the involved teams, and ensure that improvements are implemented in daily operations.
  • You further develop our operational systems and workflows, especially in Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk, and ensure high data and process quality.
  • You investigate complex operational issues, develop solutions with the involved teams, and ensure their implementation.

Professional qualifications ###

  • Several years of professional experience in Business Operations, Marketplace Operations, Process Management, Sales Operations, or a comparable role.
  • Experience in analysing and optimising operational business processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with KPIs, data analysis, and reporting tools.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho) as well as a good understanding of workflows and automations.
  • Experience in independently managing cross-departmental projects.
  • A good technical understanding, especially of digital platforms, data flows, and system integrations.
  • Very good German and good English skills.
