Calculateur en génie civil (h/f)

Vos missions ###

  • Analyser les dossiers d'appels d'offres publics et privés.
  • Étudier les plans, cahiers des charges et conditions particulières.
  • Réaliser les métrés et quantitatifs détaillés.
  • Élaborer les devis, budgets et offres financières.
  • Effectuer les sous-détails de prix et analyser les coûts de revient.
  • Consulter les fournisseurs et sous-traitants et négocier leurs offres.
  • Établir les prix de vente en tenant compte des contraintes techniques et économiques.
  • Identifier les risques et optimiser les solutions techniques et financières.
  • Participer aux séances de clarification et aux négociations.
  • Assurer le transfert des dossiers aux équipes travaux après adjudication.

Votre profil ###

  • Formation en génie civil ou expérience équivalente.
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans le calcul et le chiffrage de travaux de génie civil, en Suisse
  • Très bonne connaissance des procédures de soumission et des pratiques contractuelles suisses.
  • Maîtrise des normes SIA et des bases de soumission NPK/CRB.
  • Excellente connaissance des travaux de terrassement, canalisations, réseaux enterrés, béton armé, travaux routiers et aménagements extérieurs.
  • Capacité à établir des calculs de prix précis et à défendre les marges.
  • Maîtrise des logiciels de calcul et des outils bureautiques.
  • Personne rigoureuse, organisée, autonome et dotée d'un bon esprit d'analyse.
  • Excellent relationnel et aptitude à travailler en équipe.
