Vos tâches

  • Vous acquérez, dirigez et traitez des projets de recherche et de conseil financés par des tiers, contribuant ainsi à la valorisation supplémentaire de l-ITM.
  • Vous initiez et traitez notamment des projets d-innovations basées sur les données et de nouvelles technologies numériques dans le domaine d-application du tourisme (par ex. analyse de données, intelligence artificielle, plateformes numériques, technologies blockchain).
  • Vous participez à des initiatives de recherche interdisciplinaires de la haute école, notamment dans le cadre de la « Blockchain Zug - Joint Research Initiative ».
  • Vous publiez dans des revues scientifiques spécialisées et des magazines orientés vers la pratique.
  • Vous faites avancer vos propres thèmes de recherche liés à la numérisation dans le domaine du tourisme et renforcez notre réseau.
  • Vous développez des cours et enseignez dans des formations initiales et continues.
  • Vous êtes en étroite communication avec les étudiants et encadrez leurs travaux.

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes titulaire d-un diplôme universitaire en gestion d-entreprise ou en économie avec un doctorat.
  • Vous possédez des connaissances spécialisées dans le domaine du tourisme (et/ou de la mobilité), en particulier avec un accent sur la numérisation.
  • Vous vous intéressez à l-application des nouvelles technologies et des approches basées sur les données dans le tourisme et la mobilité et apportez idéalement une expérience de recherche ou pratique correspondante.
  • Vous avez plusieurs années d-expérience professionnelle en dehors des hautes écoles.
  • Une expérience professionnelle approfondie dans le milieu universitaire (haute école spécialisée ou université) est un avantage.
  • Vous aimez assumer des responsabilités et des fonctions de direction dans la recherche et l-enseignement.
  • Vous disposez de succès avérés dans l-acquisition de projets de recherche importants.
  • Vos compétences méthodologiques et didactiques ainsi que votre expérience d-enseignement au niveau tertiaire facilitent votre intégration.
  • Vous maîtrisez l-allemand à l-oral et à l-écrit (idéalement au niveau natif) et possédez de bonnes connaissances en anglais.
