La Haute école pédagogique du canton de Vaud assure la formation professionnelle des enseignant·e·s de tous les degrés de la scolarité. Elle conduit des travaux de recherche et de développement centrés sur les besoins de l'enseignement et de l'éducation. Elle propose des formations continues et avancées, ainsi qu'une palette de prestations, destinées à l'ensemble des professionnel·le·s de la formation.

Nous mettons au concours le poste de

Chargé·e de missions relations internationales et mobilité (RIM) (réf. 486)

Entrée en fonction : de suite ou à convenir Taux d'activité : 60% Durée du contrat : contrat de durée indéterminée Niveau salarial : classe 11 du RSRC de l'Etat de Vaud

Vos activités principales* *consistent à

\- Collaborer au management stratégique et opérationnel de l'Unité RIM, notamment en vue de la réintégration au programme Erasmus .

\- Exploiter et gérer les programmes de subventions de la mobilité. Assurer ainsi la responsabilité des relations administratives et financières avec les bailleurs et à l-interne, y compris le reporting.

\- Collaborer à la conception des projets de mobilité ou de coopération impliquant des institutions partenaires suisses ainsi qu'internationales et assurer le cadre contractuel.

\- Assurer la gestion numérique des mobilités et des conventions (Mobility Online, EWP).

\- Préparer et gérer le budget annuel de l-unité.

Ces activités se déroulent au sein de l-unité des Relations internationales et de mobilité en étroite collaboration avec la responsable de l-unité.

Profil recherché :

\- Titulaire d-un Master universitaire et expérience professionnelle confirmée en gestion administrative exigés, idéalement dans le domaine de la mobilité ou des relations internationales.

\- Compétences exigées : gestion des programmes de mobilité ou levée de fonds et des conventions de mobilité, gestion financière.

\- Excellentes capacités d-analyse et de synthèse ainsi que rédactionnelles. Posture pro-active et orientée-service, manière de travailler efficace et précise.

\- Excellente maîtrise du français et très bonnes connaissances de l-anglais exigés (au moins B2), l-allemand ou toute autre langue est un plus.

\- Maîtrise des outils numériques, en particulier de gestion des mobilités (mobility online).
