Tâches ##

  • Diriger et organiser un petit équipe de 2-3 personnes en atelier.
  • Assurer la fabrication et le montage des installations sur site client.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les départements d'achat et de vente.

Compétences ##

  • Formation technique en métallurgie ou domaine similaire requise.
  • Expérience en gestion d'équipe et production souhaitée.
  • Sens de l'organisation et qualité indispensable.

Notre client, Relag AG, est le leader suisse du marché des rideaux d-air et développe et produit depuis plus de 50 ans des solutions de haute qualité pour des clients dans toute la Suisse. Au centre de tout se trouve le conseil personnel et compétent : avec les clients, l-équipe d-environ dix personnes analyse les exigences individuelles et développe des concepts et solutions adaptés. De la première consultation et conception au développement et à la production, jusqu-au montage et au service, Relag AG accompagne ses clients de manière personnelle et fiable - tout d-une seule source.

Pour renforcer l-équipe bien rodée, nous recherchons un chef d-atelier techniquement compétent qui prendra la responsabilité opérationnelle et garantira une production de haute qualité ainsi qu-un fonctionnement sans accroc de l-atelier.

Vos tâches ####

  • Direction technique et opérationnelle de l-équipe d-atelier composée de 2 à 3 collaborateurs
  • Organisation et coordination de tous les travaux d-atelier ainsi que garantie d-un déroulement sans heurts
  • Fabrication, adaptation et traitement de constructions métalliques pour les rideaux d-air
  • Montage, mises en service et dépannage d-installations spéciales chez le client
  • Surveillance des stocks ainsi qu-organisation de l-atelier et du flux de matériel
  • Collaboration étroite avec les départements achats et ventes pour la mise en œuvre ponctuelle des projets clients
  • Participation active et régulière aux opérations quotidiennes

Votre profil ####

  • Formation technique de base achevée, par exemple métallier, constructeur d-installations et d-appareils, mécanicien automobile, poly-mécanicien ou dans un métier comparable
  • Plusieurs années d-expérience professionnelle en atelier ou en production, idéalement complétées par une première expérience de gestion
  • Joie de diriger une petite équipe tout en participant activement aux opérations
  • Méthode de travail autonome, structurée et orientée solutions
  • Grand sens de la qualité ainsi qu-un sens organisationnel prononcé
  • Personnalité orientée client avec de bonnes manières
  • Permis de conduire catégorie B
  • Très bonnes connaissances de l-allemand
