Tâches

  • Direction professionnelle, personnelle et organisationnelle d'une équipe ainsi que d'un groupe résidentiel
  • Responsabilité du travail d'accompagnement, de prise en charge et relationnel professionnel et agogique
  • Participation à la conception et co-responsabilité du développement des offres de logement et d'accompagnement centrées sur la personne
  • Participation active à la conception et au développement de l'équipe et du développement du personnel
  • Mise en œuvre du concept-cadre agogique ainsi que garantie de la planification du personnel
  • Collaboration interdisciplinaire avec les parties prenantes internes et externes

Profil

  • Formation en pédagogie sociale (HF/FH)
  • Formation continue et/ou expérience en gestion
  • Idéalement expérience dans l'accompagnement de personnes en situation de handicap
  • Bonne maîtrise des applications MS Office
  • Expression orale et écrite aisée en allemand
