Vos tâches

  • Direction personnelle et technique du service externe ainsi que coordination et organisation du travail des tiers et autres départements spécialisés
  • Planification et disposition globale des ressources
  • Assurance d'une haute qualité de travail et des standards de qualité
  • Responsabilité du service de garde et d'intervention, dépannage des installations en service et service de permanence
  • Assurance de la sécurité au travail et de la protection de la santé au sein de l'équipe, élaboration et contrôle des dispositifs de sécurité
  • Transfert de connaissances au sein de l'équipe et aux fournisseurs, représentation des intérêts du client ainsi que participation aux réunions de coordination et de chantier

Votre profil

  • Examen professionnel de chef de projet électricité installation et sécurité (BPEL), diplôme fédéral d'installateur électricien, formation NIV (ordonnance sur les installations basse tension) ou qualification équivalente
  • Expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années dans le domaine des installations électriques, y compris la gestion du personnel et la sécurité au travail
  • Grande autonomie, initiative personnelle et résistance au stress
  • Compétences organisationnelles et communicatives prononcées ainsi qu'orientation d'équipe
  • Disponibilité pour un service de permanence occasionnel
  • Lieu de travail en Engadine - au moins 70 % sur place
  • Connaissances en allemand au minimum niveau B2, connaissances en italien un atout
  • Bonnes connaissances pratiques de Microsoft 365 (SAP un avantage)
