Tu souhaites assumer une fonction de direction polyvalente, soutenir les collaborateurs et en même temps faire avancer les choses sur le plan professionnel ? Pour la Caisse de compensation de Lucerne, nous recherchons une personnalité engagée, déterminée et orientée client en tant que chef d'équipe recouvrement. La prise de poste se fait selon accord.

Tes tâches

  • Tu diriges et développes une équipe de 12 spécialistes dans le recouvrement du domaine des cotisations.
  • Tu assumes la responsabilité professionnelle de ton équipe et veilles à une exécution efficace et de haute qualité des tâches.
  • Tu soutiens la direction du domaine des cotisations et participes activement aux projets.
  • Tu assures la bonne exécution du recouvrement selon la législation AVS ainsi que l-application conforme du SchKG.
  • Tu conseilles et soutiens nos clients de manière compétente et orientée solutions.
  • Tu travailles en étroite collaboration avec les employeurs, clients, autorités, offices ainsi que les services spécialisés internes.

Tes compétences

  • Tu disposes de plusieurs années d-expérience professionnelle dans le domaine du recouvrement ou financier, des connaissances dans le domaine des assurances sociales sont un avantage.
  • Tu as de l-expérience en gestion et sais promouvoir, motiver et diriger ton équipe avec succès.
  • Tu penses de manière interconnectée, agis de façon responsable et gardes une vue d-ensemble même dans des situations exigeantes.
  • Tu communiques de manière adaptée à ton interlocuteur, possèdes un sens de la négociation et convaincs par ta présence assurée.
  • Tu abordes les personnes avec respect, empathie et un fort sens du service.
  • Tu es ouvert aux changements, apportes tes propres idées et participes activement aux développements.
