  • Diriger et développer l'équipe de Spitex de 21 collaborateurs.
  • Assurer la qualité des services de soin et de soutien à domicile.
  • Organiser la planification des services et la coordination des soins.

Compétences ##

  • Diplôme en soins infirmiers avec 2 ans d'expérience en Spitex.
  • Compétences en gestion et leadership avec sens du service.
  • Maîtrise de MS Office et expérience avec interRAI-HC.

La Spitex Volketswil permet aux 20 000 habitantes et habitants de la commune de Volketswil de vivre de manière aussi autonome que possible et dans un environnement familier à domicile. Avec une équipe engagée d'environ 20 collaborateurs, la Spitex Volketswil fournit des prestations professionnelles de soins et d'aide ménagère à domicile et soutient les personnes dans différentes situations de vie. La Spitex Volketswil fait partie de VitaFutura AG, qui emploie au total environ 150 collaborateurs dans les domaines des soins, de la Spitex, de l'hôtellerie et de l'administration, et agit en tant que société anonyme à but non lucratif mandatée par la commune de Volketswil.

À partir du 1er janvier 2027, nous recherchons pour notre équipe Spitex un/une :

Vos tâches

Vous assumez la direction opérationnelle, du personnel et technique de notre équipe Spitex (21 collaborateurs) et veillez avec votre équipe à une prise en charge professionnelle, de haute qualité et adaptée aux besoins de nos clientes et clients.

  • Direction, promotion et développement des collaborateurs
  • Planification des services, des affectations et des ressources
  • Assurance de la qualité des soins et des prestations
  • Organisation et coordination de la prise en charge des clients
  • Accompagnement des situations de soins complexes
  • Recrutement et intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs
  • Conduite des entretiens avec les collaborateurs
  • Organisation des réunions d'équipe et des discussions de cas
  • Gestion des plaintes et des conflits
  • Participation aux projets ainsi que co-responsabilité du budget et des objectifs
  • Participation directe aux soins si nécessaire
  • Construction active / co-conception de notre Spitex

Votre profil

Diplôme d'infirmier/infirmière diplômé(e) HF/FH

Au moins 2 ans d'expérience professionnelle en Spitex

Formation en management ou formation continue dans le domaine du leadership

Maîtrise de MS Office, idéalement interRAI-HC et Perigon

Mode de travail autonome, fort en coordination et orienté solutions

Orientation client et service ainsi que pensée économique

Mobilité avec vélo électrique ou permis de conduire catégorie B
