Tâches ##

Ta contribution : Tu soutiens de manière autonome des projets durables en physique du bâtiment et acoustique et travailles en étroite collaboration avec les chefs de projet en physique du bâtiment.

Nous sommes convaincus que chaque projet de construction nécessite une solution individuelle. La technique utilisée doit servir les habitants et autres parties prenantes, être facile à entretenir et aider à maintenir la charge climatique aussi faible que possible.

Notre équipe t'invite à exploiter tout notre savoir, qui se compose des domaines spécialisés de la physique du bâtiment, de l'acoustique et des installations photovoltaïques/solaires.

Ce que tu accomplis

  • Gestion de projets exigeants (de la planification à la réalisation sur le chantier), contrôle des délais et des coûts
  • Spécialisation dans un domaine incluant le soutien de l'équipe en tant que porteur de compétence (CoC)
  • Responsabilité de la coordination des tâches de projet dans les projets de physique du bâtiment
  • Élaboration des documents nécessaires à la réussite du projet tels que preuves énergétiques, expertises acoustiques, attestations de protection contre le bruit, programmes de subvention
  • Certifications autonomes des bâtiments (par ex. Minergie, Minergie-ECO, SNBS, 2000-Watt, GEAK, etc.)
  • Conseil autonome aux architectes et maîtres d'ouvrage pour les constructions neuves et les rénovations
  • Acquisition / élaboration d'offres et gestion de la clientèle

Réussir avec

  • Diplôme FH ou universitaire en physique du bâtiment, génie civil ou environnemental, architecture ou formation CAS dans le domaine concerné
  • Expérience professionnelle avérée en physique du bâtiment, acoustique et construction écologique
  • Comportement entrepreneurial autonome
  • Bonnes compétences en communication orale et écrite en allemand, compréhension du suisse allemand un atout
  • Expérience avec MS Office et logiciels spécialisés en physique du bâtiment
  • Atout : intérêt pour les labels énergie et durabilité
  • Atout : expert GEAK certifié ou intérêt pour une formation continue dans ce domaine
  • Atout : expérience en construction bois et rénovation
