  • Planifier et organiser la logistique des projets efficacement.
  • Acquérir de nouveaux clients tout en développant les relations existantes.

Compétences ##

  • Formation en jardinage EFZ, expérience commerciale appréciée.
  • Compétences en vente et orientation client requises.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et structurée.

Description du poste

Pour renforcer notre jeune équipe de vente en gros, nous recherchons une personne entrepreneuriale et communicative, alliant expertise, orientation client et sens commercial.

Vos tâches

  • Gestion et coordination de petits et grands projets
  • Planification et organisation de la logistique de projet
  • Achat de plantes auprès des fournisseurs
  • Élaboration et préparation des offres clients
  • Développement des relations clients existantes
  • Acquisition active de nouveaux clients

  • Formation de jardinier CFC (spécialisation pépinière, vivaces ou horticulture)
  • Formation commerciale un atout
  • Approche de travail et de réflexion orientée vente et client
