Tâches ##

  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des projets de digitalisation en FM.
  • Analyser et optimiser les processus existants pour améliorer l'efficacité.
  • Assurer la qualité des données et la documentation technique.

Compétences ##

  • Formation technique avec un sens commercial et expérience en FM.
  • Excellentes compétences en Excel, Power BI et MS365.
  • Capacité analytique et pensée orientée solutions.

CHEF DE PROJET TECHNIQUE - sur site

  • Développement et mise en œuvre de projets de numérisation dans la gestion des installations
  • Mise en place et développement de solutions de reporting et de systèmes d'indicateurs avec Excel et PowerBI
  • Analyse et structuration des processus FM existants et identification des potentiels d'optimisation
  • Définition, documentation et standardisation des processus, instructions de travail et rôles
  • Mise en place d'une structure de documentation uniforme et organisation des dossiers techniques et des documentations d'exploitation, y compris la garantie de leur traçabilité
  • Assurance de la qualité et de la cohérence des données
  • Soutien à la planification stratégique du FM et à l'élaboration des budgets
  • Formation technique de base avec une touche commerciale
  • Intérêt pour les domaines des processus, de l'énergie, de la technique du bâtiment, de la numérisation
  • Expérience dans des environnements FM techniques (industrie, production ou portefeuilles immobiliers complexes)
  • Expérience en optimisation, modélisation et numérisation des processus
  • Très bonnes connaissances de Microsoft Excel (Power Query et Power Pivot, analyses de données) ainsi que Power BI, maîtrise de MS365
  • Méthode de travail structurée et analytique ainsi que pensée orientée solutions

Maîtrise courante de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit, très bonnes connaissances du français ; connaissances en anglais et italien un atout.
