Chef(fe) de projet ingénierie - Infrastructures

Contrat temporaire longue durée (1 à 3 ans minimum)

Votre mission

Piloter des projets d-infrastructures/bâtiment (ventilation et traitement d-air, électricité, portes, façades, escaliers, clapets coupe-feu, faux plafonds, etc.), dans le respect des procédures qualité et des règles de sécurité du site. Assurer la gestion complète des projets, du business case à la mise en service (commissioning) et la remise, en maîtrisant coûts, délais et périmètre, selon les standards de gestion de projet.

Vos responsabilités

  • Gestion de projet : piloter les études, prestataires externes, achats, travaux, FAT/SAT, installation, qualification, remise et retour d-expérience ; assurer l-analyse des risques et le contrôle du périmètre tout au long du projet (projets env. 500 kCHF).
  • Sécurité & Qualité : intégrer les exigences HSE et qualité dès la conception et jusqu-à l-exécution.
  • Suivi administratif : suivre les coûts et le planning, assurer la prévisibilité et produire la documentation projet.
  • Organisation : coordonner sponsors et parties prenantes, collecter les informations nécessaires aux décisions, constituer et piloter l-équipe projet.
  • Communication : animer les équipes transverses, remonter les points de vigilance et plans d-actions, respecter la confidentialité, représenter l-expertise technique sur le projet.

Votre profil

  • Diplôme d-ingénieur
  • Minimum 3 ans d-expérience en gestion de projets infrastructure/bâtiment en environnement industriel
  • Solide capacité à maîtriser et piloter les coûts
  • Connaissances en utilities / HVAC / traitement d-air : un plus
  • Bonne connaissance des réglementations suisses et des permis de construire : un avantage
