Votre profil ##

  • Diplômé·e en ingénierie civile, vous justifiez d'au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de projets de construction, avec une expertise reconnue dans les structures en bois.
  • Vous disposez d'une solide expertise dans la conception et le dimensionnement de structures en bois et êtes à l'aise avec les défis techniques propres à ce mode constructif.
  • Votre connaissance des normes suisses, du tissu local romand et de ses acteurs-clés vous permet d-accompagner nos clients de la phase d-avant-projet jusqu-à la mise en service.
  • Vous êtes au bénéfice d-une expérience dans le management d-équipes et savez assurer la gestion interne et l-organisation de l-équipe affectée au mandat, tout en contribuant à la formation des juniors.
  • Méticuleux·se et structuré·e, vous proposez des solutions pertinentes, innovantes et favorables à l-environnement.
  • Capable de travailler en autonomie, vous appréciez également le travail en équipe et souhaitez collaborer sur des projets d-envergure.

La mission ##

Vous avez la responsabilité de projets de structures en bois. Vous accompagnez nos clients sur toutes les étapes des mandats. Vous contribuez activement au développement et aux activités "bois" du groupe en Suisse Romande.
