Tâches ##

  • Planifier et suivre des projets de pompes à chaleur.
  • Coordonner les parties prenantes et assurer la qualité.
  • Collaborer avec des équipes et respecter les normes de sécurité.

Compétences ##

  • Diplôme en ingénierie ou technique du bâtiment, passionné par l'énergie.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et organisation.
  • Maîtrise de l'environnement Office 365.

Avec ses six sites, Helion est présent dans toute la Suisse et est un fournisseur leader d'installations photovoltaïques, de pompes à chaleur, de systèmes de stockage et d'électromobilité. Pour notre site d'Yverdon-les-Bains, nous te cherchons de suite ou à convenir en tant qu'Helionaute.

Chef/fe de projet junior pompes à chaleur #

Tes tâches ##

Après une phase d'intégration et de formation, tu participeras progressivement à:

  • La planification et le suivi des projets de pompes à chaleur
  • La coordination des différentes parties prenantes (clients, équipes techniques, partenaires)
  • Le suivi des coûts, délais et qualité des projets
  • La collaboration avec nos équipes en Suisse alémanique
  • La mise en oeuvre rigoureuse des règles de sécurité au travail

Tu seras accompagné-e par des collègues expérimentés pour monter en compétence rapidement sur les aspects techniques et la gestion de projet

Ton profil ##

  • Jeune diplômé-e (ingénieur-e, technique du bâtiment, énergie) ou chef-fe de projet / coordinateur-trice souhaitant évoluer vers un rôle plus technique
  • Intérêt marqué pour les pompes à chaleur et la transition énergétique
  • Bonne organisation et envie d'apprendre
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite ainsi qu-une bonne maîtrise de l-environnement Office 365
  • Permis de conduire catégorie B indispensable
