Pour Klima SA, une entreprise de Hälg Group, nous recherchons à Villars-Ste-Croix Chef/fe monteur en chauffage.

Votre mission ##

En tant que Chef monteur, vous êtes le garant de la réussite technique et de la gestion d-équipe des chantiers :

  • Gestion & Organisation de chantier : Planifier, préparer et exécuter les travaux de montage pour des installations de chauffage / climatisation
  • Encadrement d'équipe : Diriger, motiver et coordonner les monteurs et apprentis sur le terrain
  • Suivi technique & Contrôle : Veiller au respect des plans, des devis, des normes de sécurité vaudoises et des délais impartis
  • Relation client & Intervenants : Être l'interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) sur le site avec la direction de travaux (DT), les architectes et les clients
  • Gestion du matériel : Anticiper les besoins en approvisionnement et gérer le stock matériel sur le chantier

Votre profil ##

  • Formation : CFC d'installation en chauffage (ou titre jugé équivalent)
  • Expérience : Au minimum 10 ans d'expérience réussie sur un poste similaire en Suisse
  • Compétences techniques : Maîtrise des différentes techniques de tuyauterie (acier, cuivre, sertissage, soudure), de la lecture de plans et des systèmes de chauffage modernes (pompes à chaleur, réseaux de chaleur à distance, etc.)
  • Leadership : Excellent sens de l'organisation, esprit d'initiative, aisance relationnelle et rigueur
  • Permis : Permis de conduire Catégorie B indispensable
  • Domicile souhaité : dans la région d-Yverdon-Nyon-Vevey ou proximité
