Tâches ##

  • Synthèse et caractérisation de molécules et polymères pour les technologies d'affichage.
  • Amélioration des performances de réaction et optimisation des processus chimiques.
  • Collaboration avec les équipes de fabrication pour mettre en œuvre de nouveaux processus.

Compétences ##

  • Doctorat en chimie avec expérience en synthèse organique et techniques de caractérisation.
  • Excellentes compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes.

Tâches ###

  • Synthèse et caractérisation de molécules et polymères innovants utilisés dans les technologies d-affichage avancées
  • Étude et amélioration des performances de réaction, du rendement, de la pureté, de la productivité et de la robustesse du processus
  • Conception, développement et optimisation de processus chimiques évolutifs et rentables du laboratoire à la production en petites séries
  • Développement, évaluation et validation de voies alternatives de synthèse chimique
  • Collaboration avec les équipes de production pour assurer la mise en œuvre réussie des nouveaux processus
  • Forte contribution aux activités internes de production en petites séries
  • Création et analyse de données, interprétation et rapport des résultats
  • Rédaction des instructions opérationnelles et documentation technique

Exigences ###

  • Doctorat en chimie (des connaissances en chimie des polymères seraient un atout)
  • Expérience avérée en synthèse organique et techniques de caractérisation
  • Expérience pratique en laboratoire avec une forte exigence expérimentale
  • Idéalement plus de 3 ans d-expérience professionnelle dans l-industrie chimique, des polymères, des produits chimiques spécialisés ou secteur connexe
  • Une expérience en développement de processus, optimisation de réactions ou activités de montée en échelle serait un avantage
  • Excellentes compétences analytiques et en résolution de problèmes
  • Créativité scientifique et esprit d-innovation
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en collaborant efficacement au sein d-équipes multidisciplinaires
  • Très bonnes compétences en anglais parlé et écrit
