Description de l-entreprise

L-Office scolaire de l-administration nationale du Liechtenstein (www.sa.llv.li) est responsable de la planification, du maintien et du développement continu du fonctionnement scolaire de toutes les écoles publiques ainsi que de la surveillance des écoles privées au Liechtenstein, et soutient le gouvernement dans la supervision des établissements d-enseignement supérieur. Nous sommes chargés de la préparation des affaires gouvernementales ainsi que de l-élaboration des bases juridiques et de planification, soutenons les écoles par divers services et assumons des tâches dans la coopération régionale et internationale.

Description du poste

Vous vous sentez à l-aise dans les domaines d-activité suivants :

  • Soutien et conseil de l-Office scolaire et des directions d-école en matière de droit scolaire et de droit du service
  • Participation à la rédaction d-ordonnances et d-avis juridiques
  • Contribution aux travaux législatifs
  • Élaboration d-instructions, de directives et de fiches d-information sur les questions de droit scolaire

Qualifications

Ce poste requiert notamment :

  • Diplôme en droit
  • Intérêt pour le droit de l-éducation, scolaire et de la protection des données
  • Capacité d-assimilation rapide et pensée analytique
  • Méthode de travail structurée, efficace et orientée vers les solutions
  • Expression écrite impeccable ainsi qu-une forte compétence en travail d-équipe
