Collaborateur/trice de vente interne

Pourquoi avons-nous besoin de vous ? ###

  • Vous assurez un suivi professionnel et fiable de nos clients suisses, par téléphone comme par écrit.
  • Vous soutenez activement notre service externe tout au long du processus de vente.
  • Vous développez des solutions adaptées aux besoins des clients et établissez les calculs de prix correspondants.
  • Vous gérez les offres et les commandes, de leur réception jusqu'à la livraison.
  • Vous coordonnez l'approvisionnement auprès de nos sites de production et de nos fournisseurs externes.
  • Vous assurez le suivi des délais et coordonnez les livraisons spécifiques.
  • Vous effectuez le suivi des offres ouvertes en étroite collaboration avec le service externe.
  • Vous contrôlez les factures et établissez, si nécessaire, les notes de crédit.
  • Vous constituez les dossiers de réclamation et assurez le traitement des commandes de remplacement.
  • Vous prenez en charge diverses tâches administratives telles que la facturation, les contrôles et le classement.
  • Vous établissez des rapports et des statistiques afin de garantir une vue d'ensemble claire et transparente.
  • Enfin, vous soutenez l'ensemble de l'équipe avec flexibilité et engagement

Ce poste pourrait-il vous correspondre ? ###

  • Vous êtes titulaire d'une formation technique, idéalement complétée par une formation commerciale complémentaire.
  • Vous êtes naturellement orienté(e) clients et solutions.
  • Vous savez prendre des décisions, appréciez les responsabilités et travaillez de manière autonome.
  • Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe, savez faire preuve de résistance au stress et gardez votre calme dans les situations exigeantes.
  • Le français ou l'allemand est votre langue maternelle et vous disposez de bonnes connaissances de l'autre langue. L'anglais constitue un atout.
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils MS Office ; des connaissances de SAP constituent un avantage.
