Dans le cadre d'un remplacement maternité, nous recherchons, selon accord (probablement à partir de janvier/février 2027), pour une durée déterminée jusqu'en septembre 2027, un(e)

Vos tâches

  • Responsable du suivi du système de pointage MyAbacus (support de premier niveau, clôtures mensuelles, conseil aux collaborateurs)
  • Participation à l'administration RH complète, de l'entrée à la sortie
  • Interlocuteur/trice pour les collaborateurs et les responsables concernant les questions administratives RH
  • Soutien à la formation professionnelle commerciale, notamment lors des recrutements et des tâches administratives
  • Rédaction de correspondances et participation aux travaux administratifs généraux de l'équipe RH
  • Participation au développement et à la numérisation des processus RH

Votre profil

  • Formation commerciale de base
  • Formation complémentaire en tant qu'assistant(e) RH ou collaborateur/trice RH un atout
  • Expérience avec Abacus ou MyAbacus
  • Expérience en administration RH
  • Maîtrise des outils MS Office
  • Expérience en formation professionnelle un atout
  • Travail autonome, fiable et structuré
  • Orientation marquée vers le service et plaisir au contact avec différentes parties prenantes
  • Esprit de réseau ainsi qu'une grande précision et sens des responsabilités
