La maison de retraite Humanitas avec le restaurant public 16Rosis Garten20 constitue dans le quartier Rauracher un lieu de rencontre apprécié et un espace de vie coloré pour les résidents, les proches, les visiteurs et les quelque 150 collaborateurs.

Pour l-administration de notre maison de retraite à Riehen, nous recherchons immédiatement un/une :

Collaboratrice RH / Collaborateur RH 80-100% ##

Tâches : ###

  • Administration du personnel de A à Z
  • Gestion des données des collaborateurs, y compris la tenue des dossiers du personnel, la mise à jour des informations et leur sécurisation
  • Réalisation de l-ensemble du processus de recrutement, y compris la rédaction des annonces, la sélection des candidats, les entretiens et l-intégration des nouveaux collaborateurs
  • Traitement des questions juridiques liées au travail, telles que les modifications de contrat, les certificats de travail et les procédures
  • Gestion des prestations et assurances des collaborateurs ainsi que le traitement des questions relatives aux salaires et aux avantages sociaux
  • Réalisation des traitements mensuels des salaires, de la saisie au contrôle jusqu-à la comptabilisation correcte, ainsi que la garantie d-une paie fiable
  • Personne de contact pour les collaborateurs et les responsables en matière de RH
  • Participation à des projets et formations internes pour l-amélioration continue des processus et systèmes RH
  • Gestion et garantie de la bonne tenue du temps de travail
  • Modification et contrôle des données salariales
  • Soutien à la direction RH

Profil requis : ###

  • Vous disposez d-une formation complémentaire dans le domaine de la paie, des assurances sociales et/ou des RH
  • Vous avez plusieurs années d-expérience professionnelle en paie ou en tant que spécialiste RH et possédez des connaissances approfondies en traitement des salaires
  • Travail autonome et précis
  • Initiative personnelle, excellentes compétences en communication et organisation ainsi qu-un haut degré de confidentialité et de fiabilité
  • Esprit d-équipe et très bonnes compétences sociales
  • Connaissances avancées de MS Office (connaissances de LOBOS un atout)
