Tasks ##

  • Support the billing team with accurate and timely invoicing.
  • Manage commercial and technical master data effectively.
  • Address inquiries from external customers and internal contacts.

Skills ##

  • Completed commercial training with 2-3 years in billing or accounting.
  • Strong service and customer orientation, structured and careful work.
  • IT affinity with excellent MS Office and SAP ISU / CM knowledge.

Your Tasks ##

Support our billing team and ensure correct and timely invoicing for private and major customers as well as producers. You can expect a varied range of tasks in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.

  • You independently handle complex tasks related to the billing of energy and services in a rapidly changing market environment.
  • You manage commercial and technical master data and ensure their completeness and accuracy.
  • You process professional enquiries from external customers and internal contacts.
  • You help to further develop business and IT processes and adapt them to changing requirements and needs.
  • Identifying, analysing and rectifying weaknesses and/or initiating improvement measures is also part of your responsibilities.
  • You gladly take on responsibility and participate in future projects.

Your Profile ##

  • Completed commercial basic training
  • At least 2 to 3 years of professional experience in billing/invoicing or accounting.
  • You work in a structured, careful manner and have a high level of service and customer orientation.
  • As an open, flexible and communicative person, you integrate quickly into the team.
  • Your quick grasp and analytical, interconnected thinking enable you to recognise relationships and actively contribute to finding solutions.
  • IT affinity as well as very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP ISU / CM
