Tâches

  • Grâce à notre stratégie omnicanale (qui englobe tous les points de contact entre nos clients et Würth, qu-ils soient digitaux, physiques ou interpersonnels), nous offrons à nos clients une flexibilité maximale. En tant que lien entre les clients et Würth, tu développes des relations durables et stratégiques basées sur la confiance et le service.
  • Tu t-intéresses aux processus et aux déroulements chez tes clients, identifies leurs besoins et intègres activement les différents points de contact client (vente directe, boutiques Würth, e-business, télémarketing) dans la recherche de solutions.
  • Tu élargis le portefeuille clients en acquérant de nouveaux clients dans le secteur artisanal et développes la relation commerciale avec les clients existants grâce à un mix approprié de points de contact.
  • En tant que commercial·e terrain, tu enthousiasmes tes clients et vends nos produits de marque et solutions système de haute qualité. Ton objectif : trouver les meilleures solutions avec le plus grand bénéfice pour tes clients.

Conditions

  • Formation professionnelle achevée dans un métier manuel ou commercial et expérience dans la vente, formation supérieure un atout (compréhension économique)
  • La communication est une de tes forces. Tu considères les retours comme une opportunité de te remettre en question et de t-améliorer.
  • Passion pour l-artisanat (comprendre les clients, les enthousiasmer, trouver des solutions, etc.)
  • Le réseautage est ta force et ton outil pour générer le plus grand bénéfice pour tes clients
  • Tu travailles avec détermination, es motivé·e, responsable et prends volontiers ton succès en main
  • Ouvert·e à la nouveauté et considères les changements comme une opportunité
  • Très bonnes connaissances orales et écrites de l-allemand
  • Permis de conduire catégorie B
