Ce que tu accompliras

  • Tu analyses et évalues des anomalies escaladées dans des domaines tels que TmeR, GmeR, PEP, correspondance de noms ou médias défavorables, et clarifies en profondeur des situations complexes.
  • En outre, tu effectues des vérifications supplémentaires de sanctions en tenant compte de la législation sur les embargos ainsi que d-autres prescriptions applicables, par exemple les juridictions à haut risque selon le GAFI.
  • Tu soutiens la direction dans le développement conceptuel des cadres pour les paramètres de risque.
  • Tu prépares les bases pour les rapports et les documents de formation et participes à la réalisation des formations.
  • Tu apportes activement tes propres idées et propositions d-optimisation afin d-améliorer les processus et les procédures. De plus, tu travailles dans des projets internes à la banque dans le domaine LBA.
  • Tu conseilles de manière experte les unités opérationnelles de conformité et les collaborateurs en première ligne sur des questions liées à la LBA.

Ce que tu apportes

  • Tu as terminé des études, de préférence en droit, ou tu disposes d-un apprentissage bancaire achevé avec une formation complémentaire appropriée.
  • Tu possèdes plusieurs années d-expérience dans le domaine de la conformité, notamment dans la lutte contre le blanchiment d-argent (AML) et la conformité en matière de criminalité financière.
  • Tu as des compétences analytiques et conceptuelles prononcées. La connaissance du système bancaire central Avaloq est un avantage.
  • Tu prépares des situations complexes de manière structurée et compréhensible. Tu convaincs par ta très bonne expression écrite.
  • Une manière de travailler fiable et orientée solutions te caractérise tout autant que ton esprit d-équipe, ta capacité de communication et ta discrétion.
