À propos

Pour l'un de nos partenaires internationaux du secteur pharmaceutique basé dans la région de Nyon, nous recherchons un(e) Compliance Specialist afin de renforcer les activités qualité du site.

Au sein d'un environnement GMP exigeant, vous serez un acteur clé de la gestion des déviations, des investigations qualité et des CAPA. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Production, Maintenance, Qualité et Technical Operations pour garantir la conformité des opérations et soutenir l'amélioration continue du système qualité.

Vos responsabilités

  • Gérer et documenter les déviations dans Veeva Quality en collaboration avec les équipes concernées.
  • Assurer le suivi des déviations jusqu'à leur clôture dans les délais impartis.
  • Piloter les investigations qualité en tant que Lead Investigator.
  • Identifier les causes racines en utilisant des méthodologies structurées de résolution de problèmes.
  • Mettre en œuvre et suivre les CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
  • Participer à la gestion des Change Controls et des activités de compliance.
  • Réaliser des analyses approfondies à l'aide d'outils tels que les 5 Why, Ishikawa ou autres méthodologies d'investigation.
  • Contribuer à la rédaction et à la mise à jour des documents qualité (SOPs, Work Instructions, Forms).
  • Participer aux gemba qualité et promouvoir les bonnes pratiques GMP sur le terrain.
  • Soutenir les projets d'amélioration continue et d'optimisation des processus qualité.

Votre profil

  • Minimum 2 à 3 ans d'expérience en Qualité au sein d'un environnement GMP pharmaceutique.
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion des déviations, investigations et CAPA.
  • Bonne compréhension des exigences réglementaires et des systèmes qualité pharmaceutiques.
  • Expérience sur Veeva Quality fortement appréciée.
  • Français et anglais professionnels requis
