Tâches ##

  • Gérer la comptabilité immobilière de A à Z de manière autonome.
  • Traiter les transactions de mandat et préparer des reportings.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les gérants immobiliers.

Compétences ##

  • Formation commerciale et 5 ans d'expérience dans le domaine financier.
  • Aisance rédactionnelle en français, langues étrangères un atout.
  • Orienté solutions et travail autonome avec précision.

En qualité de prestataire immobilier intégral, Privera offre à ses clients et partenaires tous les services pour l'ensemble du cycle de vie d'un bien immobilier sous un seul toit. La tenue professionnelle des comptabilités immobilières en fait partie. Vous êtes doué·e pour les chiffres et tenez diverses comptabilités d'immeubles en collaboration avec la gérance. Ce faisant, vous contribuez de manière essentielle à la réalisation de nos objectifs. ###

Votre mission en détail

  • Tenir de manière autonome la comptabilité des immeubles de A-Z y compris les travaux de clôture
  • Traiter comptablement les entrées et sorties de mandat
  • Préparer les reportings spécifiques aux clients
  • Collaborer avec les gérants immobiliers et les assister

Votre profil

  • Vous avez suivi une formation commerciale de base
  • Vous avez suivi avec succès une formation continue dans le domaine financier et/ou disposez d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle.
  • Aisance rédactionnelle en français, les connaissances de langues étrangères sont un atout
  • Vous êtes orienté solutions et vous vous attelez immédiatement aux défis à relever
  • Vous travaillez de manière autonome et précise
