Vos tâches en détail

  • Gestion autonome de la comptabilité des copropriétés de A à Z
  • Élaboration des bilans annuels et des rapports pour les investisseurs en mettant l-accent sur les exigences spécifiques des copropriétés
  • Réalisation des déclarations de TVA et soutien sur les questions fiscales
  • Préparation et accompagnement autonome des audits externes ainsi que garantie d-une tenue comptable conforme.
  • Coordination et collaboration étroite avec les investisseurs
  • Soutien et collaboration étroite avec l-équipe de gestion immobilière

Votre profil

  • Formation commerciale de base achevée
  • Expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années en comptabilité indispensable, formation continue en finance est un atout
  • Maîtrise parfaite de l-allemand, bonnes connaissances en français
  • Travail autonome et précis
