Spécialisée dans la gérance d'immeubles, l'administration de PPE, le courtage de biens immobiliers et la rénovation d'immeubles, l-entreprise s-est développée discrètement, tout en restant attentive et réactive aux innovations des différentes époques. Guidée par des valeurs d'éthique, de qualité et d'efficacité, GALLAND & CIE SA a pour objectif principal d'assurer le meilleur service envers ses clients, tout en répondant aux enjeux actuels du marché immobilier.

Afin de compléter notre équipe comptable, nous recherchons un.e :

Comptable PPE à 100% ##

Vos missions :

  • Établissement des décomptes annuels de PPE : capacité d-analyse, sens du détail et compréhension des mécanismes de répartition des charges.
  • Tenue de la trésorerie : suivi rigoureux des flux financiers, précision dans les écritures et bonne maîtrise des outils comptables.
  • Établissement et pré-contrôle des décomptes de gestion des lots isolés et des décomptes de chauffage : exactitude des calculs, respect des délais et aisance dans la communication écrite.
  • Reprise de mandats comptables PPE : autonomie, capacité d-adaptation et bonne connaissance de la comptabilité immobilière PPE.
  • Imputation de factures : rigueur comptable, logique analytique et respect des procédures internes.
  • Paiements individuels : fiabilité, sens des responsabilités et vigilance dans le contrôle des échéances.
  • Contrôle des comptes avec les copropriétaires : esprit critique, capacité à expliquer les chiffres et aisance relationnelle.
  • Gestion de l-économat : sens de l-organisation, anticipation des besoins et gestion efficiente des stocks.
  • Classement : organisation, constance et souci de la traçabilité documentaire.
  • Secrétariat et téléphones avec les copropriétaires : sens du service, communication claire et gestion professionnelle des demandes.

Votre profil :

  • Maturité ou diplôme de comptabilité, vous permettant de gérer des tâches comptables complexes.
  • Minimum 2 années d-expérience en comptabilité immobilière, de préférence avec une expérience dans la PPE.
  • Précision, rigueur et autonomie, avec une capacité à travailler de manière indépendante tout en respectant les délais et normes de qualités.
  • Esprit d-équipe et bonne gestion du stress, capable de travailler efficacement au sein d'une équipe tout en maintenant un bon niveau de performance même lors de situations exigeantes.
  • La connaissance du logiciel Quorum est un atout.
