Tâches ##

  • Soutenir la direction du service technique au quotidien.
  • Assurer l'entretien et la réparation des installations du foyer.
  • Gérer les espaces extérieurs et aider à l'aménagement des lieux.

Compétences ##

  • Formation en tant que Hauswart/in ou volonté de suivre une formation.
  • Compétences techniques solides et sens pratique important.
  • Aptitude à travailler en équipe et sens de l'humour apprécié.

Nous sommes une maison privée pour personnes âgées et un établissement de soins avec 49 résidents aux besoins très variés. Notre Rägeboe grandit ! Comme notre établissement s'agrandit, nous recherchons un renfort pour notre service technique.

Nous cherchons une personne engagée en tant que :

Tu es... ...une personne habile de ses mains, avec un bon œil pour l-essentiel et une bonne dose d-humour ? Tu préfères agir plutôt que discuter longtemps, tu trouves une solution à (presque) chaque problème et tu restes calme même quand quelque chose ne se passe pas comme prévu ? Tu aimes les gens, tu apprécies un environnement vivant et tu valorises un lieu de travail où tout n-est pas rendu plus compliqué qu-il ne faut ?

Alors tu es exactement la bonne personne pour nous !

Tes tâches : 3 Tu soutiens la direction du service technique, à laquelle tu es directement rattaché(e). 3 Permis de conduire catégorie B (voiture) 3 Tu maintiens notre maison en bon état et veilles à ce que tout fonctionne parfaitement. 3 Tu préfères effectuer toi-même les petites réparations et travaux d-entretien. 3 Tu surveilles notre technique du bâtiment, du chauffage aux installations techniques. 3 Tu t-occupes de notre environnement, des travaux de jardinage au service hivernal. 3 Tu aides lorsque des meubles sont déplacés, des chambres aménagées ou des événements préparés. 3 Et si quelque chose nécessite deux mains habiles, tu es là.

Ce que tu apportes : 3 Idéalement une formation de concierge avec certificat fédéral de capacité 3 Ou une formation de base avec la volonté de suivre l-école de concierge 3 Intérêt pour l-entretien des bâtiments et bonne compréhension technique 3 Une manière de travailler fiable, autonome et simple 3 Plaisir à travailler avec des personnes âgées et une oreille attentive à leurs besoins 3 Initiative personnelle, esprit d-équipe et une bonne dose d-humour
