Tâches ##

  • Soutenir les Relationship Managers dans la gestion des clients.
  • Préparer des présentations et documents pour les rencontres clients.
  • Participer à l'acquisition de nouveaux clients et à des tâches administratives.

Compétences ##

  • Diplôme en banque ou formation en gestion, SAQ certifié souhaité.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et service client.
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer les responsabilités.

Ton défi

  • Soutien aux Relationship Managers dans la gestion et le développement des relations clients existantes
  • Préparation et suivi des entretiens clients ainsi que création de présentations et de documents clients
  • Participation à l-acquisition de nouveaux clients
  • Coordination et traitement des tâches administratives et liées aux clients
  • Collaboration étroite avec les départements internes pour garantir une haute qualité de service
  • Prise progressive de plus de responsabilités dans le but de devenir Relationship Manager
  • Contact direct avec la clientèle

Ton profil

  • Apprentissage bancaire achevé, idéalement complété par des formations spécialisées ou une formation supérieure en économie d-entreprise (université/haute école spécialisée)
  • Certification SAQ ou volonté de l-obtenir
  • Présentation convaincante et engageante, bonnes manières et sens aigu du service
  • Grande disponibilité pour les déplacements et flexibilité requises
  • Sens des responsabilités, grande initiative personnelle, esprit d-équipe ainsi qu-une méthode de travail systématique et structurée
  • Maîtrise assurée de l-allemand ainsi que bonnes connaissances orales et écrites en anglais et en français
