Conseiller de vente automobiles 100% CDI (H/F/D)

Responsabilités

  • Accueillir, conseiller et accompagner les clients tout au long du processus d'achat
  • Identifier les besoins des clients et leur proposer les solutions les plus adaptées
  • Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille de clients particuliers et professionnels
  • Prospecter activement de nouveaux clients et générer des opportunités d'affaires grâce à votre réseau
  • Assurer la promotion des véhicules ainsi que des solutions de financement, de leasing et des services associés
  • Atteindre les objectifs commerciaux définis en garantissant une expérience client de qualité
  • Assurer le suivi administratif des ventes, des commandes jusqu'à la livraison des véhicules

Profil

  • Expérience confirmée dans une fonction de vente automobile
  • Excellent parcours commercial avec des résultats démontrés dans la vente de véhicules
  • Réseau professionnel actif en Valais et bonne connaissance du tissu économique régional
  • Capacité à développer rapidement des opportunités commerciales grâce à votre présence terrain et à votre carnet d'adresses
  • Excellente maîtrise des techniques de vente, de négociation et de fidélisation de la clientèle
  • Aisance relationnelle, sens du service et capacité à établir des relations de confiance durables
  • Personnalité dynamique, autonome, proactive et orientée résultats
  • Très bonne présentation et communication professionnelle
  • Maîtrise du français ; toute autre langue constitue un atout
