Conseiller en Personnel 100% (h/f) Secteur Bâtiment - Genève

Votre mission: ###

  • Participer à la prospection et à l'acquisition de nouveaux clients
  • Développer un portefeuille existant auprès de nos clients
  • Gérer l-ensemble du processus de recrutement des candidats, du sourcing à l-intégration dans leur poste
  • Gérer l'établissement des contrats en appliquant les CCT concernées
  • Faire un suivi minutieux de votre activité tant au niveau des clients que des candidats
  • Rédiger et publier des offres d-emplois à travers les sites professionnels et réseaux sociaux
  • Etablir des relations professionnelles sur le long terme et fournir un service clientèle de qualité

Compétences requises:

  • Savoir écouter et avoir un vif et sincère intérêt envers différents interlocuteurs (Clients et Candidats)
  • Être responsable, organisé, flexible et force de proposition
  • Avoir l-esprit d-équipe et le goût du challenge
  • Avoir une bonne gestion du stress et être capable de gérer les imprévus
  • Maîtriser les outils informatiques
  • Flexible, esprit entrepreneurial, autonome

Votre profil: ###

  • Vous êtes au bénéfice d-une expérience confirmée en tant que Consultant / Conseiller en personnel
  • Vous connaissez, maîtrisez et avez un réel attrait pour les métiers du secteur Bâtiment
  • Vous disposez d'une bonne connaissance du marché Suisse et/ou Genevois et de ses acteurs locaux
  • Vous êtes dynamique, persévérant et motivé
  • Vous êtes parfaitement à l-aise en communication orale et écrite en Français
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques (Excel, Word et plateformes RH)
  • Vous maîtrisez l'espagnol ou le portugais ou avec de très bonnes notions (un atout)
  • Vous êtes une personne de terrain dotée d'un bon sens commercial
  • Vous êtes véhiculé
