Ville de Zurich ##

Dans ce rôle varié et passionnant, vous identifiez et acquérez de nouveaux projets de construction et développez des relations avec des planificateurs spécialisés, des architectes et d'autres décideurs. Grâce à votre talent commercial, vous convainquez les maîtres d'ouvrage, planificateurs et revendeurs de nos produits et services, et accompagnez les projets depuis le premier contact jusqu'à la conclusion réussie. De plus, vous gérez la base d'installations existante dans votre zone de vente, identifiez les potentiels du marché et assurez une gestion durable du cycle de vie.

Ce qui vous attend

  • Acquisition de nouveaux clients et projets
  • Développement et expansion de la zone de vente
  • Conseil compétent et accompagnement des clients tout au long du cycle de vie de leurs installations
  • Vente de systèmes automatiques de portes, portails et de sécurité
  • Entretien et développement de relations clients durables
  • Responsabilité de l-atteinte des objectifs de chiffre d-affaires et de budget
  • Identification des besoins des clients, prise de mesures et préparation des commandes pour le traitement technique
  • Assurance d-une définition complète des commandes incluant l-obtention de tous les documents de projet pertinents

Ce que vous apportez

  • Formation de base artisanale avec CFC
  • Formation commerciale ou liée à la vente un atout
  • Allemand langue maternelle
  • Expérience dans le secteur des objets ainsi que connaissances du secteur de la construction ou des fournisseurs de la construction
  • Goût du contact client et de la construction de relations clients à long terme
  • Excellentes compétences en communication avec une présentation convaincante et un talent de négociation
  • Esprit entrepreneurial, prévoyant et connecté
  • Grande initiative personnelle ainsi qu-une approche de travail orientée solutions et créative
