Conseiller/-ère de services à 100%

Votre mission

En tant que conseiller·ère de service, vous êtes au cœur de la relation client et du bon fonctionnement de l-atelier. Concrètement, vous :

  • accompagnez nos clients de A à Z, de la prise de rendez-vous jusqu-à la remise du véhicule
  • planifiez les interventions en atelier en optimisant les ressources, les délais et la disponibilité des pièces
  • assurez un rôle central de coordination entre les clients et les responsables d-atelier
  • conseillez les clients de manière professionnelle et proactive, en proposant des solutions adaptées à leurs besoins
  • établissez les devis et suivez les ordres de réparation jusqu-à la facturation et au règlement
  • contribuez à la bonne organisation du service, y compris la planification et le suivi de certaines activités d-équipe

Votre profil

Indispensable** **:

  • Formation technique de base (mécanique ou domaine proche)
  • Sens du service client et excellente aisance relationnelle
  • Organisation, rigueur et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels
  • Attitude positive, esprit d-équipe et sens des responsabilités bien développé
  • Langue maternelle française ou allemande avec de bonnes connaissances de l-autre langue

Vos atouts supplémentaires** **:

  • Expérience dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans le secteur des véhicules utilitaires
  • Formation de conseiller·ère de service avec brevet fédéral
  • Affinité commerciale et goût pour le conseil
  • Permis de conduire catégorie C/CE
