Conseiller/-ère en personnel #

Office de l'industrie, du commerce et du travail | 80-100 % | à Coire ##

L'Office de l'industrie, du commerce et du travail (KIGA) emploie actuellement environ 120 collaborateurs dans six régions du canton des Grisons. En plus du service public de l'emploi (RAV), nous organisons des mesures sur le marché du travail pour les personnes en recherche d'emploi et gérons la caisse cantonale de chômage. De plus, nous accomplissons diverses tâches dans les domaines du marché du travail et de la sécurité au travail.

Nous recherchons pour le département de placement au RAV Coire, à partir du 1er janvier 2027 ou selon accord, un/e conseiller/-ère en personnel (80-100%).

Votre domaine de responsabilités

  • Conseil et placement des personnes en recherche d'emploi
  • Soutien des personnes en recherche d'emploi dans leur positionnement et leur réintégration sur le marché du travail
  • Élaboration et accord de stratégies de réintégration appropriées et de mesures de qualification avec les personnes en recherche d'emploi
  • Collaboration avec diverses institutions partenaires (office social, AI, etc.)
  • Maintien des contacts avec les employeurs de la région
  • Acquisition d'offres d'emploi

Ce que nous attendons de vous

  • Diplôme professionnel ainsi qu'une expérience professionnelle de plusieurs années
  • Certificat fédéral de spécialiste en RH ou volonté de suivre cette formation (alternativement certificat de spécialiste en assurances sociales)
  • Connaissance du marché du travail local
  • Mode de travail autonome, structuré et orienté solutions
  • Vous êtes résistant/e au stress et possédez une grande compétence sociale
  • Vous avez des capacités d'empathie et êtes capable d'aborder des personnes en situation de vie difficile
  • Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences en communication et êtes capable de travailler en équipe
  • De bonnes connaissances en allemand et en italien ainsi que de bonnes compétences informatiques sont requises
  • Volonté d'effectuer des missions également dans d'autres sites RAV du canton des GR
