Conseiller·ère relation clientèle

Tâches principales

  • Agir comme premier point de contact pour renseigner ou orienter les clients par téléphone
  • Répondre aux demandes relatives à nos produits bancaires de base et nos service digitaux (e-banking, Twint, etc.)
  • Effectuer diverses tâches administratives liées aux appels téléphoniques
  • Identifier les potentiels d'affaire et transmettre les clients et prospects aux bons secteurs
  • Conseil actif et vente de la gamme de produits
  • Renseigner, soutenir et collaborer activement avec les autres services de la banque

Compétences et aptitudes professionnelles

  • Formation dans le domaine commercial (CFC employé·e de commerce ou équivalent)
  • Expérience dans le secteur financier ou plusieurs années d'expérience en centre d'appels
  • Aisance dans les activités de conseil et de vente
  • Habiletés en communication orale et écrite
  • Maitrise parfaite du français et minimum d-une langue étrangère (allemand, anglais, etc.)
