Aujourd'hui, nous sommes à la recherche de nouveaux talents prêts à relever le défi à nos côtés.

Dans le cadre du développement de notre concession BYD à Romanel-sur-Lausanne, nous recherchons un-e Conseiller-ère Service Après-Vente (SAV), pour une entrée en fonction de suite ou à convenir.

VOTRE MISSION

En qualité de Conseiller-ère SAV, vous êtes l'interlocuteur-trice privilégié-e de nos clients après l'achat de leur véhicule. Vous assurez un accueil de qualité, conseillez et vendez les prestations après-vente, tout en garantissant une expérience client irréprochable.

Par votre engagement, vous contribuez activement à la satisfaction de notre clientèle ainsi qu'au développement de la performance et de la qualité de notre service après-vente.

VOS RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Accueillir, conseiller et accompagner les clients tout au long de leur parcours SAV
  • Planifier les rendez-vous et analyser précisément les besoins
  • Promouvoir les prestations et services complémentaires
  • Établir les devis et obtenir l'accord client pour les travaux additionnels
  • Garantir le respect des engagements (délais, coûts, qualité)
  • Restituer les véhicules en expliquant clairement les interventions réalisées
  • Assurer la facturation, l'encaissement et la clôture des dossiers
  • Assurer le suivi des dossiers en cours et la coordination avec l'atelier

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Vous bénéficiez d'une première expérience réussie dans le service après-vente automobile
  • Vous êtes au bénéfice d'une formation dans la mécanique ou dans la gestion administrative du domaine automobile
  • Vous avez de fortes aptitudes pour le service client et le conseil
  • Vous êtes rigoureux-euse, organisé-e et savez gérer les priorités
  • Vous êtes une personne dynamique, flexible, motivée et fiable
  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un permis de conduire valable
  • Vous habitez idéalement la région ou souhaitez vous y établir
