Consultant Secteur du Commerce des Matières Premières

Pour Michael Page, l'une des principales sociétés de recrutement spécialisées au monde, nous recrutons actuellement un Consultant pour le secteur du commerce des matières premières.

Description

  • Gérer les missions de recrutement pour des postes dans le commerce des matières premières depuis le briefing initial jusqu'à la prise de poste.
  • Comprendre les besoins d'embauche des clients et les traduire en profils de candidats clairs.
  • Identifier et approcher des professionnels adaptés via les canaux de recrutement pertinents.
  • Présélectionner les candidats et présenter leur expérience avec précision aux clients.
  • Coordonner les entretiens et maintenir une communication claire avec les clients et les candidats.
  • Fournir des informations sur le marché concernant les talents disponibles et l'activité de recrutement dans le commerce des matières premières.
  • Maintenir des informations précises sur les candidats et les clients tout au long de chaque processus de recrutement.
  • Contribuer à une prestation efficace des ressources humaines dans le secteur des services aux entreprises.

Profil

Un "Consultant en Commerce des Matières Premières" réussi doit posséder :

  • Une expérience en recrutement, sourcing de candidats ou acquisition de talents.
  • Une connaissance des rôles dans le commerce des matières premières et du marché des candidats associé.
  • La capacité à gérer les processus de recrutement du briefing à la prise de poste.
  • La confiance pour mener des entretiens avec les candidats et présenter des profils pertinents.
  • La capacité à établir des relations professionnelles avec les clients et les candidats.
  • Une bonne organisation pour coordonner les entretiens, les candidatures et les dossiers de recrutement.
