Ce qui vous attend

En tant que Consultant Junior, vous assumez des responsabilités chez APP dès le début. Vous soutenez les chefs de projet dans l-analyse des questions commerciales et informatiques ainsi que dans l-élaboration de propositions de solutions. En équipe, vous développez des concepts et définissez les exigences des processus et de l-informatique. Une fois la solution appropriée trouvée, vous aidez à sa mise en œuvre durable et accompagnez nos clients jusqu-à son introduction réussie.

Pas à pas, vous prenez de plus en plus de responsabilités, jusqu-à gérer des lots de travail entiers ou une sous-direction de projet. En tant que personne ayant une pensée et une action entrepreneuriales, vous établissez des contacts durables et élargissez continuellement votre réseau. De plus, vous avez la possibilité de participer activement à la co-entreprise d-APP et de façonner de manière significative notre avenir.

Ce que nous attendons

·Diplôme universitaire en informatique de gestion, sciences de l-ingénieur et naturelles, droit ou gestion d-entreprise avec une forte orientation IT

·Expérience en gestion de projet ou en analyse commerciale ainsi qu-une affinité prouvée pour l-informatique dans les études, la profession, le bénévolat ou les loisirs

·De préférence une expérience dans l-administration publique, la justice, le secteur financier ou la santé

·Capacité d-apprentissage rapide, pensée analytique prononcée ainsi qu-une approche créative et pragmatique

·Méthode de travail autonome, structurée et orientée solutions, combinée à un plaisir de collaborer en équipe

·Personnalité ouverte et communicative avec un talent et un plaisir à établir des relations de confiance

·Maîtrise écrite et orale de l-allemand. Très bonnes connaissances en anglais et en français sont un atout

·Flexibilité concernant les déplacements en Suisse alémanique
