Vous occuperez une fonction polyvalente alliant expertise technique, gestion opérationnelle et encadrement d'équipe. Votre objectif est d'assurer une production efficace et de qualité, d'optimiser les flux de travail et de maintenir une collaboration étroite avec les différents services.

Vos principales responsabilités

Superviser, accompagner et fédérer les collaborateurs de l'atelier prépresse et impression grand format. Coordonner et répartir les activités de production selon les priorités, les échéances et les moyens à disposition. Vérifier la qualité et la conformité technique des fichiers avant leur mise en production. Réaliser les vérifications au RIP en respectant les procédures et les exigences internes. Veiller à la fidélité des couleurs et à la qualité colorimétrique des impressions. Suivre les stocks et anticiper les besoins en consommables.

  • Vérifier la qualité et la conformité technique des fichiers avant leur mise en production.
  • Réaliser les vérifications au RIP en respectant les procédures et les exigences internes.
  • Veiller à la fidélité des couleurs et à la qualité colorimétrique des impressions.
  • Suivre les stocks et anticiper les besoins en consommables.
  • Faire évoluer les procédures et optimiser les méthodes de travail afin d'améliorer la performance du secteur.

Votre profil

Vous êtes titulaire d'un CFC de polygraphe ou d'une formation équivalente dans le domaine du prépresse ou des arts graphiques, et disposez d'une expérience confirmée en préparation de fichiers. Une expérience en impression grand format et en production publicitaire constitue un atout.

Vous êtes attentif·ve à la qualité et à la précision, avec de solides connaissances en colorimétrie. La création de profils d'impression représente un avantage supplémentaire.

Vous maîtrisez parfaitement la suite Adobe Creative Cloud. La connaissance du logiciel Caldera est un plus.

Vous utilisez Google Workspace avec aisance. Une expérience des solutions de gestion et d'automatisation des flux prépresse, telles que Switch ou Cloudflow, ainsi que des équipements de découpe numérique, est appréciée.

Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d'organisation et de flexibilité. Vous savez gérer les urgences et hiérarchiser les priorités, tout en conservant votre efficacité lors des périodes de forte activité.
