Le monastère de Kappel est un lieu unique de rencontre, d-échange, de durabilité et d-inspiration - porté par plus de 800 ans d-histoire. En tant qu-hôtel séminaire et maison d-éducation prospère de l-Église réformée cantonale de Zurich, il offre aux entreprises et organisations des espaces professionnels pour leurs propres séminaires.

Un programme varié, pratique, théologique et culturel invite à un développement spirituel et personnel. La maison incarne une spiritualité contemporaine avec un cœur et un horizon ouverts, accueillant l-art et la culture.

Vos tâches : ##

  • Planification globale et développement du programme de cours polyvalent
  • Participation à l-organisation des journées monastiques et des cours
  • Maintien du contact avec les formateurs et les participants
  • Participation à la vie spirituelle
  • Guides à travers le complexe historique du monastère
  • Accompagnement des groupes et des invités individuels en tant qu-hôte·sse et aumônier·ère
  • Positionnement du monastère comme lieu ouvert et communicatif en collaboration avec le responsable théologique et une équipe engagée

Vous avez terminé des études en théologie, sciences des religions, philosophie, gestion culturelle ou dans un domaine connexe. Vous possédez un talent organisationnel prononcé ainsi qu-une expérience approfondie dans les domaines de l-éducation, de la spiritualité et de la culture.

Avec votre créativité et un large réseau tant dans le milieu ecclésiastique que dans la société, vous contribuez à rendre les programmes attractifs - aussi en pensant à la prochaine génération. De plus, vous apportez un engagement personnel pour le développement d-un hôtel séminaire et maison d-éducation moderne et orienté service. Une présentation assurée et engageante ainsi que la capacité à répondre aux différents groupes cibles complètent votre profil.
