Forts de notre propre réseau Internet et d'un Datacenter basé à Lausanne, nous recherchons un(e) Coordinateur(trice) Informaticien(ne) en Support (80 à 100%) pour renforcer notre équipe.

Responsabilités ###

En tant que Coordinateur(trice) Informaticien(ne) en Support, vous serez au cœur de notre activité :

  • Superviser et coordonner les opérations de l'équipe de support technique.
  • Planifier et superviser les projets mis en oeuvre chez les clients
  • Collaborer avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins et proposer des solutions adaptées
  • Centraliser, formaliser et veiller à l'application des méthodologies et procédures.
  • Assurer avec l'équipe le support technique de niveau 1 et 2 pour nos clients
  • Documenter les procédures et les solutions techniques.

Qualifications ###

Nous recherchons un(e) candidat(e) possédant les qualifications suivantes :

  • Formation en informatique (formation supérieure, diplôme ou équivalent).
  • Expérience confirmée dans le support technique informatique.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et orientation client.
  • Expérience de gestion d'équipe et de gestion de projets
  • Bonnes connaissances des systèmes d'exploitation Windows et MacOS.
  • Bonne maîtrise des réseaux (TCP/IP, VPN, pare-feu, etc.).
  • Capacité à diagnostiquer et résoudre des problèmes techniques variés.
  • Maîtrise parfaite du français (oral et écrit) ; la connaissance de l'anglais et/ou de l'allemand est un atout.
  • Expérience professionnelle minimum 5 ans
