Votre mission :

\- Réception et rangement des marchandises ;

\- Désinfection des fruits & légumes ;

\- Réalisation des découpes des poissons ;

\- Préparation des riz, soupes, salades, makis, sushis et autres ;

\- Préparation & réalisation des commandes en tenant compte des délais de livraison ;

\- Tenir une traçabilité

\- Respect des normes d-hygiène (HACCP)

\- Suivi des stocks, inventaires et commandes

Profils recherchés :

Motivé / Sérieux / Expérience de commis / Nationalité suisse ou étrangère avec permis de séjour valable ou passeport européen

Date d'entrée : dès que possible

Il ne sera répondu qu-aux candidats convoqués dans le cadre d-un entretien
