En tant que centre de compétence pour les personnes âgées, nous proposons dans notre nouveau bâtiment une gamme complète d'offres adaptées aux situations de vie et aux besoins individuels des résidents et des patients. Cela peut être dans les soins de longue durée en établissement, dans les unités spécialisées pour la démence, les soins de réadaptation et de transition ou les soins palliatifs. Nous offrons un lieu approprié pour des expériences culinaires ou pour des événements et des conférences grâce à notre paysage gastronomique polyvalent. Le secteur des services comprend un salon de coiffure, un studio de pédicure et un cabinet de physiothérapie. Grâce à notre personnel hautement qualifié et à notre bâtiment innovant doté de technologies de pointe, nous sommes l'une des institutions leaders de la région. De plus, en coopération avec la Fondation Vivola, nous proposons des logements assistés à différents endroits à Langenthal.

Ta mission :

Parmi tes tâches variées figurent la production, la fabrication et la présentation d'offres polyvalentes, créatives et savoureuses. Tu participes avec plaisir à la préparation des plats dans les différentes offres gastronomiques pour les résidents, au restaurant à la carte plaisir49, au restaurant en libre-service, à la préparation des repas pour les sites externes ainsi qu'aux banquets pour les conférences, séminaires et événements.

Tes compétences :

Pour ces tâches variées, tu possèdes un diplôme de cuisinier/cuisinière CFC. Tu mets beaucoup de passion dans ton métier, tu es un joueur d'équipe et tu apprécies un mélange passionnant entre la cuisine à la carte et la gastronomie collective. Tu es résistant, accordes de l'importance à une apparence soignée et as de l'expérience avec les règles d'hygiène. En tant qu'entreprise formatrice, la promotion des jeunes talents nous tient à cœur, tu agis en modèle et transmets volontiers tes connaissances.
