  • Production professionnelle de l'offre de restauration
  • Prise en charge de la responsabilité quotidienne de la cuisine
  • Accompagnement des collaborateurs sur des postes de travail protégés
  • Tenue des documentations agogiques
  • Accompagnement et soutien des apprentis
  • Participation à la planification des menus
  • Participation aux achats et à la gestion des stocks
  • Co-responsabilité dans la mise en œuvre et le respect des prescriptions en matière d'hygiène et de sécurité au travail

  • Formation de cuisinier/cuisinière CFC
  • Qualités de leadership en tant que responsable quotidienne

  • Esprit d'équipe et bonnes manières
  • Très bonnes connaissances de l'allemand à l'oral et à l'écrit
