Cuisinier / Cuisinière - Chef de Partie 50-60 %

En collaboration avec l'équipe, vous soutenez et accompagnez des jeunes avec un handicap cognitif.

La gastronomie de la Fondation Bühl s'engage à ce que les jeunes avec un handicap mental ou un trouble de l'apprentissage obtiennent un bon diplôme d'apprentissage, afin de pouvoir mener une vie aussi autonome que possible, s'intégrer professionnellement et socialement et participer à la société. Nous recherchons des personnes passionnées, aimant travailler en équipe et transmettre leurs connaissances professionnelles aux jeunes en formation.

Vos tâches

  • Préparation des plats pour notre restaurant du personnel et des clients externes tels que les écoles et Spitex
  • Participation à l'organisation, la planification et la réalisation d'événements (services en soirée et week-end)
  • Participation aux réunions et séances
  • Collaboration avec des services spécialisés externes et internes ainsi que des sous-systèmes
  • Respect des normes de qualité selon les directives du concept d'exploitation

Votre qualification

  • Formation achevée de cuisinier ou cuisinière CFC
  • Formation continue en tant que formateur/formatrice professionnelle un atout
  • Passion pour le métier et la gastronomie
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle ainsi qu'expérience dans la formation d'apprentis
  • Intérêt pour les domaines professionnels pédagogiques
  • Résistance au stress, flexibilité, habileté méthodique ainsi que capacité d'affirmation
  • Bonne maîtrise de MS Office
  • Très bonnes connaissances de l'allemand
