Le Tschuggen Grand Hotel à Arosa est un hôtel de luxe 5 étoiles supérieur situé à 1 800 m d'altitude dans les montagnes des Grisons. En tant que l'une des quatre maisons de la "The Tschuggen Collection", notre établissement propose 128 chambres, suites et lofts de montagne conçus individuellement, ainsi que quatre restaurants élégants - dont le point d'orgue gastronomique La Brezza avec 19 points Gault Millau & deux étoiles Michelin - ainsi qu'une impressionnante oasis spa de 5 000 m², conçue par Mario Botta.

Apprentissage professionnel achevé

Allemand/anglais requis, toute autre langue est un atout

Expérience dans l'hôtellerie 4/5 étoiles

Soigneux et précis dans le respect des normes d'hygiène

Apparence soignée

? VOS TÂCHES

Préparation des plats : cuisson, rôtissage, braisage, cuisson à la vapeur et friture des mets

Mise en place : préparation des ingrédients (nettoyage des légumes, découpe de la viande) et mise à disposition des outils de travail

Commande, réception, contrôle qualité et stockage approprié des denrées alimentaires

Respect des directives HACCP, nettoyage des équipements de cuisine et des zones de travail

Assemblage quotidien des marchandises nécessaires pour la commande via le chef de cuisine

Dressage soigné et créatif des plats avant le service
