Pour l'un de nos clients basés à Lausanne, nous sommes à la recherche de leur futur

Customer Service Specialist (H/F/X)

Le poste:

  • Vous assurez la finalisation complète des dossiers de financement avant leur règlement, vous effectuez le contrôle rigoureux des documents requis et réalisez la saisie précise des données dans le système.
  • Vous êtes quotidiennement en contact téléphonique avec une clientèle exigeante que vous conseillerez et informerez de manière professionnelle.
  • Vous êtes la personne de contact (Entry Point) auprès de différents partenaires et fournisseurs et êtes responsable de la coordination et du suivi administratif interne de nos relations.
  • Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec nos conseillers financiers et coordonnez la communication avec nos différents départements internes.
  • Vous garantissez dans chaque situation un service de premier ordre et contribuez avec succès à l-amélioration permanente de notre qualité de service.
  • Evolution à moyen terme du service vers le Middle-Office : Vous établissez, de manière indépendante, des offres commerciales, montez des dossiers de financement simplifiés jusqu-à la conclusion des contrats pour lesquels vous assurez également la gestion et le suivi administratif.

Profil et compétences requises

* Vous disposez d-une formation commerciale (CFC) ou supérieure (maturité, école de commerce) avec minimum 5 ans d-expérience dans une fonction similaire (Back-Office, Customer Service)

* De langue maternelle française, vous maîtrisez bien l-allemand à l-écrit et à l-oral. L'anglais est un atout.

* Vous êtes dynamique et disposez d-un excellent relationnel ainsi que d-un esprit d-équipe affirmé.

* Vous êtes vive ou vif d-esprit et disposez de bonnes compétences organisationnelles.

* Vous aimez les chiffres et utilisez aisément les outils informatiques usuels Office.

* Vous êtes orienté(e) client et cherchez toujours la meilleure solution pour nos partenaires. Vous savez identifier des besoins et opportunités de vente additionnels.
